What is Jazz Labs Dayton?
A summer music program where young musicians learn about and perform big band and combo jazz.
Why should I be a part of this?
In addition to performance opportunities, you’ll be in touch with top professionals in jazz today. Summer camp ensembles and master classes are led by many of the area’s most notable jazz educators, who are also burnin’ jazz players, ready to sharpen your instrumental skills. You’ll also learn about jazz theory, jazz history, and jazz improvisation, and have the chance to listen to and play with everyone from peers to pros.
